Background Information and Customer Requirements

Zhongxin Kaiwei Modern Animal Husbandry Project is located in Bishidu Town, Ezhou City. The project adopts the design method of large flat floors and small units. At the same time, with the design concept of scale, modernization, automation, intelligence, environmental protection and low-carbon, it has built the world’s highest and largest building pig breeding demonstration base. This project has constructed 2 breeding buildings, each building with 26 floors, with a total construction area of 800000 square meters. The annual number of pigs sold is 1.2 million.

Solution

In order to ensure biological security, under the guidance of Huazhong Agricultural University and other universities, and during the process of the project, the technical team of Zhongxin Kaiwei Modern Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd. communicated with the designers of our company for many times, and finally developed a comprehensive biological security barrel prevention and control system that occupies a leading position in China. As a leading enterprise in the domestic ozone industry—Guolin Technology for this project provides 3 sets of 50kg/h oxygen source ozone generator system, to provide different concentrations of ozone for all parts of the park, for space viral suppression. The cooperation with Hubei Zhongxin Kaiwei Modern Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd. not only allows Qingdao Guolin Technology Group Co.,Ltd. to continue to cultivate and refine in the livestock breeding industry, leveraging its advantages in ozone technology, but also accumulates more experience for future participation in other breeding projects.
